4. No discussion about sensitive political issues esp about CHINA
5. Don't e-mail people about websites or commercial services.
6. Don't threaten *. , harrass or disrespect another member. Racist comments will be deleted along with your account.
7. Contents you add should abide with Chinese Government Internet Rules


 Breaking rules marked with " * "  wil result in  ( immediate ) account deletion.


Suggestions

1 : Try not to go around adding everyone , try and get to know them first before adding them as a friend, im sure then things will be easier. 
2: Its better if you add people and tell them your msn by private message, or else email harvesters will pick up your email and you will be spammed with advertisements 

Anybody who breaks these rules shall have their ip address reported to the china net admin and their shanghai fun  account deleted .
